Return and refund policy

At ADAZO, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email or phone with their order details and reason for return.

Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions for the return process.

Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected. It may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

ADAZO reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
